AppleTree Academy offers care and preschool to children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our infants and toddlers provide the developmentally appropriate balance of learning and play to prepare children for our preschool and beyond. Our two’s and preschool education focus on providing challenging academics, personalized attention for each student, and strong partnerships among parents, teachers, students and staff.

When does AppleTree Academy hire new teachers?
We are always looking for staff that are passionate and motivated about helping children learn, grow and develop. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for 25 years. I came to Peoria in 2015 not knowing a soul. I walked into Apple Tree Academy to drop off my resume and immediately knew this place was different than the rest. I was greeted warmly with kind smiles and observed a well kept, clean atmosphere. After touring the center, it did not take long to realize that ATA was where I wanted to continue my career.
Everyone at Apple Tree Academy makes you feel like family. The owners (Hanna and Stacey) go above and beyond to show appreciation for their staff. The teachers all work cooperatively by: sharing ideas, lending items to other classrooms, and helping each other when necessary.
What is the application process?
If your skills appear to match our current hiring needs, the Center Director may call you to schedule an interview, usually within one to two weeks after you submit your application.
Don’t be discouraged. If there isn’t a match at this time, we WILL keep your application on file for future reference. Our staffing needs can change quickly, so if we don’t contact you now, we may contact you later to see if you are still interested in joining the AppleTree Academy team.

I have been teaching for over 10 years, and 5 years ago I made the decision that I wanted a center that was a better fit for my family. After touring several local centers I found AppleTree Academy.
