Step One: Please call AppleTree Academy to schedule a tour 309-243-5700 or complete the online form below.

Step Two: After touring AppleTree Academy and deciding to attend our center a deposit will be asked to secure the placement of your child. There are also several forms required by the state of Illinois that we must have on file. Please refer to the red folder given during your tour for the forms.
